The UIC College of Engineering has created a Strategic Plan 2010 focusing on the areas of undergraduate programs, graduate programs, faculty, research programs, alumni, and corporate relations and partnerships.
The mission of the University of Illinois at Chicago includes teaching, research, service and economic development. Our faculty in the college of engineering is actively involved in teaching and research. We are taking our university's mission of service and economic development to a new level by partnering with companies, as well as state and federal government agencies, to solve their short-term research and development problems. This is being accomplished through the establishment of UIC Technology Services.
UIC Technology Services offers a cost-effective program which provides a single point of contact offering technology and resource support services to businesses throughout the Midwest. You will have access to world-renowned experts, graduate students, research labs, and special equipment to assist you in your short-term, active research projects.
We look forward to working with you and providing this high-quality service. We also encourage you browse our webpages and download our brochure to learn about the different capabilities available at the UIC College of Engineering.
